I'm a 21 year-old part-time English teacher and a freelance translator. Currently I am living in Üsküdar which is in the Asian part and located at the center of Istanbul. I live with my brother and my cat.

I love travelling and meeting people from different cultures which is basically why I'm on Couchsurfing. What I can say about myself is that I'm pretty open-minded and easy-going and people say I'm a good listener.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Two years ago when I was an Erasmus student in Spain, a friend of mine and I decided to go to Portugal and he mentioned Couchsurfing and suggested to be guests in a couch's house and we did it. Since then I've been thinking that Couchsurfing is the best way to meet people from different cultures and I believe meeting local people and spending time with them makes your travel much more awesome. And that's how I decided to join Couchsurfing.
