About Me

Kia ora, hello, hola

I love the simple things in life like food, time, connections, nature, culture, music, art, love, fresh air, salt water, fresh water...
A non-smoker/drinker, respectful guy keen for genuine connections with travelers and locals.

Unfortunately I travel away from home a lot for work. However please still try to request because it might line up when I'm home.

Quotes:
“Time is wealth”

“Life is short, you can do anything, but you can’t do everything”

“People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care”

"Your mind is a garden, your thoughts are the seeds, you can grow flowers or you can grow weeds"

“Toitū Te Marae o Tane, Toitū Te Marae o Tangaroa, Toitū Te Iwi” (look after the realms of land and sea and they will look after you)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Hosting travelers at home in NZ (although I’m not in a major city). I'm a good stop off for those traveling around the East Cape (lighthouse - first place in the world to see the sun rise)
I enjoy traveling, meeting new people and learning from each other. Sharing is caring. I would rather connect with a local than partake in a tourist activity.
