I'm currently working in the architectural heritage sector, to preserve the wonders men have built for so long all around the world. I started that in France, but maybe my luck will lead me to some other country one day ?
I also studied Art History for one year while working, because that was my dream for some time. It is really a fascinating discipline ! And visiting museums became much more exciting since then ! ^^
My love for adventure, freedom and people to meet is still alive though I now have a very settled life. I now try to find some adventure in every day... That might be the reason why I love so much meeting new people, every single one being an interesting discovery.
I love (and try to practise regularly) rock climbing, piano and I am learning ukulele. Any occasion to listen to good music is a pleasure, and I hope I will be confident enough one day to play with some other people.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I travelled to Chile and Bolivia for nearly four months, to discover other cultures and people. What's better than sharing time with the locals to achieve that ? I met fantastic people there, and some thanks to Couchsurfing. Now that I have a place where to live I'd be happy to host travellers, as a way to both continue the journey and thank the community. It is so great to be able to find a place to sleep and some people to meet when you show up in a country !

I like almost all kinds of music, from classical to rap, by way of jazz, reggae, rock, pop, metal, electro etc. Some examples of bands I like: Caravan Palace / Queen / Bob Marley / Pink Floyd / Louis Armstrong / Bonga / Rhapsody Of Fire / Joan Baez / Elias Dore...

No particular preference for movies either: I'm always open to discover something new, if it is not too frightening...

I'm fond of reading all kind of books : "1984" (G. Orwell), historical novels (R. Merle), detective novels (J. Grisham, A. Cristie, F. Vargas)...

That's a good question !
I would say trying (yes, just trying...) to reach the summit of the Huayna Potosi, a "6000" in Bolivia. What an adventure !
Also more recently, spending three weeks in Portugal as a volunteer to restore dry stone walls in a small town. We were volunteers frome France, Italy and Portugal, living in community and sharing some amazing moments.
