About Me

I like travelling, exploring and discovering new places and new cultures.
I like hiking in the wilderness of mountain's trekking routes.
I like nature. I like doing something useful for the planet and I'm an ecologist and a volounteer of Greenpeace.
I like reading a lot of books . I like poetry, philosophy, psychology and astronomy.
I like being curious and learning new things.
I like sincere and honest people like me.
I like children and spending time with them as a volounteer
I like to practice sports like running, rock climbing and diving.
I like talking with people from all around the world and discovering new ideas, cultures, lifestyles.
I like taking care of my guests and make sure that they have the best experience of Rome.
I like cooking and dancing salsa and bachata.
I like listening to indie rock bands.
I like warm weather.. summer, sea, sun.

I don't like visiting the touristic places of a city, I prefer getting the feeling of that country spending time with locals

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To get to know foreign cultures and habits and make international friends. When I travel I don't like visiting touristic places. I really prefer meeting local people and learning by them something about the real culture of that country. Hosting people from CS is a little bit like travelling: you discover a lot of new things about other countries, cultures and new ideas or opportunities. The purpose of couchsurfing for me is having a great exchange about cultures and know a place like only locals usually know it.

Interests

In my free time I love attending live music concerts such as small gigs organized in cousy and chill bars. I love traveling and meeting new people from other countries in language exchange events being held all around Rome.
My favourite hobbies are reading good books, shooting artsy pictures of friends of mine, also preparing typical italian dishes belonging to the roman kitchen and even go hiking in the wilderness of mountain's trekking routes
