Hi everyone!
My name is Mónica, I'm from Valencia, Spain, but I've lived for two years in Lyon, France (so I speak fluent French too).
I'm studying and working but my dream is to study medicine (I hope I can do it soon... ^^)
Just in case you're wondering what I love to do apart from dreaming about becoming a Doctor, I'm gonna tell you: I love reading, painting and drawing, listening to music (who doesn't, huh?), I love Star Wars, I love to talk about interesting things like other cultures, science, philosophy, politics, series, films, books, etc..., I love to spend time with my friends and family, I love Nestea, and I really, really love to travel (although, sadly, many times I can't afford it :'().
I think that it's equally important to say some things that I don't like, like: coffee (Yeah. Yeah. I know it's shocking for some people but yeah), cheese (yeah, I lived in France, I know, nonsense.) and any kind of xenophobia, homophobia, sexism, violence, disrespect to other people, or animals, or our environment.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I would love to travel more often and I think that this is a great opportunity for people like me that can't afford a hotel room or rent an apartment, also it is perfect to meet people from other countries and make friends all over the world.

Favorite band: The Killers- favorite song: Mr. Brightside (but also Oasis, Hurts, RHCP, Depeche Mode, Coldplay, and many others!)
I love Star Wars. (I've already said that but it is important)
It is hard to choose one book as my favorite... I love to read so... I don't know.... I can't haha
