I am mexican, and I am realizing a postdoctoral stay at the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR). I came to brazil for the first time by 2012. Of course, as a mexican, I like spicy food :)

I consider that traveling is a way to open our mind for undertanding to each other, and I am not only talking about people with different culture/nationality.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like several kinds of music, depending of the moment. rock, salsa, forró, samba, pagode, trova, MPB, mexican and african music.
Films? I like watch movies! Star wars, star trek and other sci-fi movies, superheroes movies... but also drama and comedy movies: captain fantastic, white elephant.... So, I will stop this because right now I am remembering a lot of good movies from India, Mexico, France, Germany, etc.
Books? Those similar to sir Arthur Conan Doyle' novels. Others authors including, but are not limited to: Julio Verne, Gabriel García Marquez, Michael Ende, Neil Gaiman, Herman Hess, JRR Tolkien...
