About Me

Found of outdoor's activities, curious. New in the "backpacker's world" :).
I'm dynamic and smily, and I love to meet people during my trips !
My job is about working with children during their no-school times (holidays, wednesday...). It doesn't really exists in the other countries. Sort of youth leader or something like but it has a stronger place in France.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet people by travelling.
Also to find a different way to stay than a youth hostel or camping. I think that staying at someone's place also mean sharing special moment : a meal, an experience, a discussion...

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite movie is definitely "Mamma Mia" (yes, with Abba songs).
I can listen everything ! I like traditional songs, pop/rock, soundtracks... Random artists I can listen : Coldplay, Lindsey Stirling, Queen, les Fatals Picards, Yann Thiersen...
I'm a big reader. I love fantasy and stories based on true facts (like biographies). But I'm discovering new types of books with Amélie Nothomb (for example).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling in Scotland.
One of my best moment in my life : paragliding. That was... zemgjarvae (it's not a word in my mind). I can't explain. Flying above Annecy's lake (Alps), with a blue skye, just enough wind... Wow.
I left a piece of my heart at Sandwood Bay 💙

Teach, Learn, Share

I've studied linguistics and language for 3 years, at uni. I like to discuss on "why I'm using this word and not you" and all the tricky parts of languages.
I would love to be a French teacher in Scotland :)
I also really like to discuss about prejudices and clichés (about French people or mine on a nationality...), it's very interesting !
Btw, I'm very curious so everything can be a good discussion! (Does penguin has knees? )

What I Can Share with Hosts

Some part of the French culture, and positive energies !
(And why not : French cheese, a glass of juice/cider/wine/beer(...), a cup of tea/hot chocolate...)
Diverses talks !
