Hi couchsurfers!

I'm Dária, 19-year-old student living in a small spa town Piešťany in SLOVAKIA. In a short time I'm going to university, so I'm moving to our capital city Bratislava. There I'll be able to accept guests, which I'm very excited about :)

I admit, I'm more of a lazy and very easy-going person (yeah, these two words just fit me perfectly) aaaand would like to spend whole days in my bed... with food :D
But also a geeky dreamer, trying to be emphatic and respectful to everyone. And an animal lover :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well... I'm not the type of an adventurous or courageous girl, but... I don't want to just go with the herd. I don't want to do normal boring things. I want to be different than other people and try everything new.
So, with the help of my best friend, I try to keep my life extraordinary. (And travelling sounds pretty interesting to me) :)

And after just a few experience with couchsurfing, I've fallen in love with it :D Meeting new awesome people here is amazing!! and making new friends all over the world? Yas pleeese! It creates opportunities like I've never had. I just can't express how thankful I am. It really changed my life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was travelling with my best friend for (almost) a month along the coast of the Pyrenean peninsula by couchsurfing and hitchhiking. It was one of the best experiences in my life. We met so many new people and made some strong friendships :)
It really is the best thing you can do... get up and travel! As much as you can.

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I can... for example teach you how to train or understand your dog better - I love to spend time with my dog (called Eddy) and I would say that you CAN teach old dogs new tricks :D

I'd love to learn some new skills, knowledge, something about you, your country or anything in general :)
