Curious about the world around me and the unknown 🌸

Since very young I’ve had this eager to travel, getting to know different cultures, different ways of living and new people. I always enjoyed coming out of my comfort zone.

I have recently went back to travelling after living in Belgium for some time. And previously I had a year of transformation travelling in India, Nepal and Sri Lanka.

In 2024 I started my spiritual path, mainly on Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda, and I’m currently studying the Yoga Sutras. But I’m curious about all forms of spirituality, I enjoy Buddhism a lot too.

I’m also trying to explore more sustainable ways of living, and I’m looking to meet like minded people that can teach me through their experiences and ways of living.

Please keep in mind I’m vegan 🌱 and alcohol-free 🙏🏻

I’m so thankful for CS since I first tried it back in 2017, such a great way to experience local life, understand new cultures and ways of thinking. And now that I finally have a place of my own, I want to give back to the community by also hosting people.

I also want to explore different cultures with local people (or people Who Live in the city) and learn about their way of living, perspectives, philosophies, spiritual journies… ❤️

I’m passionate about life, so I’m also about any kind of art in all of its forms. Music, cinema, books, paintings, architecture…

I’m currently more into spiritual and what in Spanish is called arte medicinal: música medicina, spiritual and self growing books, mandalas… and highly highly passionate about Kirtans and mantra chanting 🕉️

But you can randomly see me listening from classical music to metal rock. Or maybe dancing some Cuban salsa, flamenco sevillanas…

I always enjoyed thrillers and historical books and cinema.

Looking forward to start learning music: flute and piano.

Something I recently learned from Buddhism at Kopan Monastery (Kathmandu, Nepal): the concept of bodhicitta. The main aim of achieving enlightenment through meditation and self discipline is to “help all sentient beings become relieved of all their sufferings, problems and pain and furthermore to help them attain the highest realisation, the highest form of well-being.”

I think it’s one of the most beautiful things I have ever heard, and much needed in today’s world; helping others from the bottom of our hearts.

I consider myself a quite decent cook, so I will be more than happy to cook some spanish food (vegan ofc 😉)
