About Me
I am originally from Colombia I have been leaving in the states for the past 6 years. And currently, my husband and I are experiencing , enjoying and living the island life in Okinawa, Japan.
Nelson Mandela said, "If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head. If you talk to him in his language, that goes to his heart." Well, I not only love exploring and traveling but I am passionate about getting to know the culture and their roots. That's why, I will be do my best to learn the language from where I am and to connect with them.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As I mentioned, I am passionate about languages, cultures, history and people. I like tourism, but I honestly prefer to go to those unique places, restaurants etc. that only locals will know and will show you.

What I Can Share with Hosts
My husband and I have a private bedroom, a shared bathroom, a laundry room and a kitchen that our guests are always welcome to use. If we are available, we will explore and take our guest around.
