About Me

I'm a friendly, openminded, honest person, with sense of humor, who quit my job in an office in Barcelona, fed up with routine and city chaos, to start travelling to find another way of living. I started this trip volunteering in the South of my country Spain in April 2016. In January 2017 I went to Asia and traveled there for 19 months, then I went to Australia and stayed there 8 months, then Mexico, then California for work, Mexico again, then covid screwed up everything... So I went to California to work again and stayed there 18 months and now in Mexico, Puerto Escondido. I'm not living this till the world really goes back to normal and with that I mean 2019, which wasn't perfect but not sick like this. If not, Mexico seems a good place to build up the resistance.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As an easy way to connect with native people in the places I visit, and share our experiences.

Interests

I'm musician. Currently, I have an ambient music project: "www.soundcloud.com/purveyor-of-feelings", though I had others in the past, while I improve my learning of the sitar and continue practising overtone singing.

Music, Movies, and Books

All kind of electronic music, krautrock, psychodellic rock, progressive rock, shamanic and ceremony music, hindustani music, Philip Glass...

Stephen King, Dan Brown, John Grisham, Clive Cussler, Katherine Neville, Matilde Asensi, Jonathan Goldman.

Koyanisqaatsi, Baraka

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Experienced the fully silence in the desert of Tabernas, Almería, in the South of Spain, in a full moon night.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share the knowledge of Spanish, we can improve our English ( if It's not your native language, hahaha). I can cook Spanish food. Also I can share my musical knowledge: sitar, overtoning and electronic music production. And of course I can share my experiences.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share the knowledge of my country, Spain, and my city, Barcelona, and of the places I've visited, as long as my crazy sense of humour
