Hi guys!! I'm Beste. I live and study in Istanbul. I love to meet with new people, see new places, try different food, learn about other cultures. I'm interested in art, music, sport, photography and i like to talk about those with people, interchange ideas. I also was an Erasmus student in Berlin Technical University for a year which taught me a lot and made me hungrier for more!! Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think being in contact with locals can not be substitueted with only seeing the touristic places and traveling with a guide book. Most people goes the same places and have similar experiences there. I find this ''standardized man'' behaviours and ideas really worrysome and sad. Meeting locals and spending time with them makes you see things from other perspectives and opens up your world. I believe couchsurfing will widen my world, my mind :)
