My name is Timi, 23 years old from Slovakia. I finished my studies last year and currently I´m eorking for a Swiss reinsurance company as an investment accountant. As long as I remember I was always in love with traveling and exploring new places. One of my biggest experience occured last summer, while I spent 3 months in the States. I took part in a work and travel program and worked as a kitchen staff in a summer camp. It was my first time there and it is still a unforgettable memory what led me to repeat it. Besides I keen on playing volleybal, jogging, cycling , spending time in the nature and with my friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a perfect possibility and the best way of spending a holiday abroad. It give us a chance to get know not only the crawled places but you can be a part of the hosts everyday lives. I think this is one of the most interesting way of exploring the particular culture and take the most from your travel.
