Tenho bastante experiência em dança, nesse ano me formo na área e já fazem muitos anos que dou aula disso. Minha especialidade é dança contemporânea e investigação do movimento. Adoro criar e estimular os outros a criarem com o corpo.

Outro interesse meu é sobre espiritualidade. Já estudei e participei de diferentes religiões e filosofias. No momento meu caminho está sendo a meditação.

Amo muito viajar. Desde o primeiro momento em que coloquei o pé na estrada por mais tempo, quando morei em Montreal - Canadá, descobri que era isso o que eu queria fazer em grande parte da minha vida. Para mim, viajar é um combustível, é como uma alimentação, recarga de energia. As pessoas sempre são a parte mais legal desse processo, descubro diferentes modos de pensar e de se relacionar com os ambientes. Conhecer diferentes culturas é tudo de bom.

Não tenho uma visão minha em um futuro distante, só sei que quero me conhecer cada vez mais. E para isso meditação e contato com outras pessoas e culturas me parece um caminho bem interessante.

I have experience in dance, this year I graduate in the area and I have been teaching this for many years. My specialty is contemporary dance and movement research. I love to create and stimulate others to create with the body.

Another interest of mine is about spirituality. I have studied and participated in different religions and philosophies. At the moment my path is being meditation.

I love to travel. From the moment I first set foot on the road when I lived in Montreal, Canada, I found that this was what I wanted to do for most of my life. For me, traveling is a fuel, it is like food, recharging energy. People are always the coolest part of this process, I discover different ways of thinking and relating to environments. Knowing different cultures is all good.

I don't have a vision of mine in a distant future, I just know I want to know myself more and more. And for that meditation and contact with other people and cultures seems to me a very interesting way.

Porque eu gosto de conhecer pessoas e aprender sobre culturas ainda desconhecidas por mim.
Quando viajo, quero saber muito mais do que só os pontos turísticos, quero saber como aquela comunidade vive.
Sem contar que fica mais em conta.
