Hi! My name is Nicolás. I’m a 26 years old artist from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I’ll be traveling to Europe for an art residency and then doing some free time. 我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I’m not such a fan of the typical museum-parks-gastronomic tours. Even though there are some quintessential places I’ll be visiting, I’m also interested in getting to know the underground, the hidden places, the easter eggs of the cities. I find Couchsurfing a more charming, much more warm way to get to know them.

Although I work in fine arts, I tend to be moved mainly by films. I have an inclination for Hollywoods golden era and classic horror films but I also enjoy more classical and contemporary directors, such as Guy Maddin, David Lynch, Hitchcock, Bergman, Herzog, Haneke, among others. Regarding music, my taste isn’t very determined. I go from Björk to Sonic Youth and then to bossanova in a second. From Laurie Anderson to Kate Bush ending in argentinian rock. I love new wave, noise, pop and I also enjoy academic music. And since I mentioned pop, I cannot avoid to say that I’m a Madonna enthusiast.
