My favorite music is african definetly afrobeat, kuduro, afrohouse and latina but i take my time to spend long sessions of R&B, jazz, soul and my favorite artist is India Airie.

I really dont watch a lot of TV or movies but i love FoodNetwork and NatGeo :)

About my favorite books they are most of them about the Universe, creation and energy (Yogananda, Hermann Hesse, Chopra, on one hand and in the other i like self-development and bussiness guides like "Think and grow rich", Napoleon Hill etc...

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The most amazing thing that i have done is to create wellness programs at a Rehab Center for Women in my country. This center is a small house where you can find women from 18 until 75 years old all figthing against their drug addiction, family issues, violence , and hard times at the streets. I though they would love to have some diferent activities related to wellness and healthy life style during their time there. I wanted to add love into heir lives but the truth is they load my heart with love, humbleness and joy every time i spend time with them.
