I'm a 22 year old student on route to explore the world. Born and raised in Vienna, Austria I have first escaped Europe in the summer of 2016 and my wanderlust got a new boost, as if it needed any in the first place.

I spent over a month with friends all over Thailand and loved every second of it.
This year my goal of visiting California will finally come true as I am spending about two weeks there with my best friend. We'll head to Phoenix after to meet up with a good friend of ours, currently studying there.

I love doing all kinds of sports, mainly football, yeah the real one where you actually use your feet to kick the ball :P, basketball and biking. But I also watch a lot of NFL and other stuff, so if you are into sports as well, I'm sure we can find something to talk about. Since travelling to Asia I have also started picking up an interest in expanding my food and cooking horizon. Always happy to try new stuff and show people something I can cook myself.
Apart from that I am really into playing Poker for a few years now, hasn't made me rich (yet), but it's a great game where you have to compete with your mind and it connets people from all over the world.
Playing poker also helped me alot with finding focus, thinking about things in different ways, exploring how certain decisions affect certain things and have a variety of outcomes so if you are interested in learning some more about that, let me know (:

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am looking to meet some awesome people who can give us some insights about the places we are staying in. Meeting new people is always an adventure and that is one of the things I enjoy most about being abroad.
Making new friends and exploring cities with the help of people who know all about them, sounds like a great experience :D

Helped new born baby turtles find their way to the sea in the middle of the night in Cyprus, still can't belive how awesome that was!!
