Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The first time I did cs was in Sweden. We had an amazing host and it was a great experience. Our host showed us around the city with lots of "secret" places we would have never seen without her. Strolling around a city with people who actually live in the city is a totally different and I think the best way to discover a new city and on the other hand having a "touri" in your home city showing them around leads you to see your city from another angle again. I love the concept of cs cause it's just an amazing idea of getting the chance to know people from all around the world with their stories and their different cultures.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2017 I visited 8 countries. The last four month I lived in Bordeaux, France, for my exchange semester. There I learned & especially tasted a lot of great wine and cheese; met great people; traveled around and improved my french skills. I fell in love with the experience of living with people from all around the world that's why I'm super excited about my travel around the USA and Kanada.
