I am interested in meeting friendly people, who care about the environment. I live in a relationship with my lovely French man. The area we live in is approximately 45 minutes to Byron Bay and is a city with a population of around 46,000. I consider myself to be open minded, have a sense of humour and enjoy travelling. I have been to Europe twice and am planning a trip to France this year. At present I am teaching myself French. Je progresse un peu chaque jour.

I guess it gives one the opportunity to meet local people with local knowledge. It also is a mystery as you are opening yourself to the unpredictability. I hope to embrace the experience. I have actually had a wonderful Couchsurfing experience in 2009 in France. But I had to set up my profile again as I could not remember my password etc. Back then it was a lot easier to do set up a profile !
