About Me

¡Buenos días!

I´m a mexican student currently living in Tübingen, Germany. Why I´m here? I came here in september 5th, being part of an exchange program and I will stay here till 30 of March. In this time, It would be nice to know people in my next travels (Italy in new year, Paris - again - in February, Belgium, -maybe UK- and thinking about the Faroe Islands or Norway in March).

I´m beginner in this community, being hosted 2 times and not hosting yet, but with the initiative do to it. I just discover that making couchsurfing is a very nice way to know people, differents ideas, ways to see the live, the world, and I think that´s really special. It´s nice to get in somebody´s place and feel that you know the people, that he is helping you and that you can help somebody in the future, and for me, thats very important.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The chance to know new people, discover the world and of course, help people if they need a place to stay.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: They make you feel a story, involving you with the characters and sending you a message (most of the times). I like thriller movies, drama, action and comedies of course. I dont have a top five of movies or something like that, but, at least for me, the best movie ever is Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, so, If you have seen the movie, you may share my opinion about that probably everybody have been in that situation, between the desire of erase somebody from your memory or keep the memories.

Books: As the movies, they take you to different places, where your imagination is the key, thats the special thing of books, there are not scenes or images, all that goes by your own. The more imagination, the better. Favorite writers: Mexican poet Jaime Sabines, the master Gabriel García Márquez and the nobel price winner, José Saramago. Favorite poem: Los amorosos. Favorite books: El amor en los tiempos del cólera y ensayo sobre la ceguera.

Music: Coldplay, not more. At least Im still fan of the old coldplay, albums like: X&Y, A rush of the blood head, parachutes and Viva la vida.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had camping in some places in México, being in Paris and doing a litle bit of climbing.
