My name is Árpi and I'm a 23 year old Hungarian student, living in Budapest. I'm mainly interested in travelling, doing long excursions in natural environment, playing tabletop games with friends and juggling, also fire juggling, so if you are a juggler interested in our local juggling life and culture, i definitely have a room for you!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I just registered because i'm planning to do the 'el camino de santiago' in the summer and i'm searching for fellow travelers at the moment - basically for English or Hungarian speaking guys :) I also plan to travel around in the near future, so i also hope that this site could be a great opportunity to find nice hosts with similar interests, when my time will come to set off :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I do love listening for good music, mainly for Hungarian and other alternative bands, psybient, chill and also power and melodic metal songs. I'm usually listening for music when i'm practicing juggling or going outside in nature.
I'm a great fan of Wes Anderson movies, also like Tim Burton's, Quentin Tarantino's and other special directors' movies.
I read a lot sci-fi and fantasy books from various writers, my personal favorite is The Witcher series from Andrzej Sapkowski.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once i went out for a bike trip to Slovakia and lost my way back home, I and my friend had to go across a steep, forest covered mountain at night to cross the border and get home.

Teach, Learn, Share

I took part in a lot of events, fares and workshops for jugglers, so i'm get used to teaching juggling techniques and movements to younger and also older people. I like to play tabletop games, and have a large amount of light strategic games to try for anyone.

I can share stories, juggling skills, a good boardgame and my limited cooking knowledge.
