My names is Pieter Frans Johan Frère I was born in 1993 so do the math, because every year it changes.
I live in a smal, but lovely town in Belgium called Kuurne. That is in the Flemish part were we speak Dutch. I am the youngest child in a family of five. I have an older brother and sister.
I study creative writing in Belgium's brisk capital, Brussels at the Royal Institute for Cinema, Theater and Sound.

Obviously I like to travel, but when I am on a voyage I like to meet local people so they van learn you interesting things about the country, region, city, village. And exchanging experiences, thoughts and feelings. Another one of the main reasons is off course to meet new people from all over the world.

The perfect couch surfing experience for me would be: when someone welcomes you in his/her house/country you can do the same for him/her in your house/country.

I don't have a particular music genre that I like, but when it has metal in it's name I probably won't like it.
I like all sorts of music, from Reggae to New Wave, Trance to Triphop, Dub to Medi.
These artiste are always in my playlist when I'am traveling: Bob Marley, Gorillaz, Cinematic Orchestra, The Cure, Joy Division, Radiohead, ...

The same for movies I like different genres. But movies I could see multiple times are: Apocalypse Now, The Revenant, Beasts Of The Southern Wild, Blue Velvet, Fight Club, Star Wars, Home Alone II, ...

I don't read al lot of books, but when I'am traveling there is always some in my bag. Mostly a guide for the country and a novel. Wish novel depends on where I go.
Last books I read when I was traveling: Stark from Ben Elton, The Clan Of The Cavebear by Jane Auel, Harry Potter-books, Ex-drummer by Herman Brusselsmans, ...

Spent two weeks in a cottage in the jungle between orang-hu-tans, monkeys, snakes, birds and other beautiful animals without electricity or running water.
