I'm a 28-year-old guy who lives in Vancouver, Canada. I've been to 12 countries so far and that fueled my love for other cultures and people. I speak four languages with varying profeciencies. Arabic is my first language and I learned English in school so I speak both fluently, however, I can only hold small conversations in Spanish and French as I'm still learning.

I'm a very curious and spontaneous individual. I like to experience new things and I approach everything with an open mind. I don't necessarily plan everything I do and I usually do things when an opportunity presents itself and I found that it is usually much more fun than when I plan.

I'm very open minded and I accept everyone regardless of who they are or their choices in life. I believe in live and let live, and that life is too short to live by or conform to what society deems normal and right.

I've worked in multiple industries but I'd say I'm an artist at heart. Writing is my favorite of all the arts because I don't need more than a pen and paper to express my thoughts and ideas; but I appreciate all art.

I'm also a good storyteller, and having lived in and travelled to many countries, I have a lot of stories to share. I would be happy to share them with people here and hear their stories too, especially if they come from different backgrounds than me.

A wise man once said the best way to enjoy a country is to see it through the eyes of its locals. I believe that wise man and I have also experienced that firsthand. I'm here because that's what CS offers and I want to be part of that community to host travelers and be hosted by them. Being part of a community that has people who share your values and ideas about the world is a unique experience that allows you to grow and learn a lot about yourself and others.
