After quitting my job I'm traveling a lot and following the flow of life.
I love to be on the road, experiencing new cultures and connect to people.

In general I'm a calm, grounded and present person - can get enthusiastic though as well :) just hit the right buttons!

As a guest I think I am easy to host, don't need much and offer to help you out or share things I bring in exchange.
Or teach a yoga lesson :)

I'm growing through new experiences, new people and conversations. In addition to that it's great value to get to know the local specialities and places aside from guide book information.

I love to learn new things and share my experience with others.
I'm a yoga teacher and of anahata yoga, an old graceful style of hatha yoga, the dance of shiva and shakti.
Swing music, Lindy hop dance and playing the piano. Currently learning playing the guitar and always happy to jam with other people!

I started with rock and heavy metal (still like it) and due to my spiritual journey I tend to listen to more psychedelic and spiritual music. In general I'm open to all kinds of music (doesn't mean that I like it, but I'll give it a try :))

Books: I love to read about people on their spiritual path and about learning and growing in life. Recently I read "concious evolution" (Hubbard) and "Mind over Medicine" (Rankin). Amazing book!
My favorites books in the last years: the Conversation with God series from Neale Donald Walsch

I enjoy spiritual movies and documentaries like Samadhi, what the health, Earthlings, etc.
