About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Currently on a mission to hitchhike across the US from Atlanta, Georgia to San Francisco, California.

To explore the rich diversity of this world. Learn from different cultures. Help the Earth and all its inhabitants in any way I can.

ABOUT ME

This world is incredibly diverse and there is so much to see. It is only just to get out there and immerse myself in the uniqueness of the many cultures of this world. I was raised to believe that a fulfilling life comes from creating experiences that i will cherish for the rest of my life and living without regret. I live a life with a student mindset of continuous learning. Growing up in San Francisco, I have been accustomed to befriending and encountering people from many different backgrounds. One day i will be stuffing my face with delicious homemade vietnamese food at a friends family party with drunk karaoke singing in the background and the next day celebrating Chinese New Year in downtown. When i meet a person of foreign birth, I ask them where they are from and what life is like where they are from. I do this so i can understand the culture they come from and hope i can learn from it.

Throughout my travels, i've learned many lessons from different people and cultures. Self growth is important to me and I am always trying to apply the lessons I've learned from different people and cultures and integrate them into my life. I believe that is the path to a rich life. A life rich in experience and wisdom.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Make lifelong friends from around the world. Learn about a perspective different from my own. Live locally.

I do not need a couch and completely content with a 6ft x 2 ft surface. I’ve spent 10 months volunteering in forests camping and sleeping on the floor so it’s not a problem.
