About Me

Hey!
I'm new to couchsurfing and got introduced to it via some friends and I love the idea and would love to try it out!

I'm a chill and easy-going dude. I love to party, but I also love to sit down with a few beers talk for hours. I'm open-minded and extremely curious :) I've been traveling a lot for the past few years, so I have a lot of interesting stories to tell and would love to hear yours too!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm always looking to meet new people from all over the world and couchsurfing seems like a great way to do so. A few years ago I fell in love with hitchhiking, as it's a way to get to know people really well with who you had nothing in common with before. I'd love to find out if couchsurfing is a similar experience!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
I'm absolutely obsessed with Prince.
Apart from everything he did, I listen to a lot of different music, e.g. Bon Iver, Stromae, David Bowie, Pink Floyd, Bernhoft, Hozier, Asgeir, Vulfpeck, Stevie Wonder, Everything Everything, Peter Gabriel, etc. Huuuuuge festival fan!
I play bass, piano and a bit of guitar myself, but they've all gone a bit rusty :')

I'm mostly into TV series instead of movies and I'm currently watching Ozark, Game of Thrones and Okkupert.

I don't read as much as I should and I plan to pick it up again. Recently I've read the Kite Runner and thought it was beautifully written, and before that I read 1984 and the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've hitchhiked from Utrecht to Poznan in one day! I'm about to hitchhike from Utrecht to Kristiansand solo to go hiking in Norway.
