Right now my life is in flow with the universes flow and we dance together and try to find balance wherever the stream takes us.

I love to talk about all sorts of things and as long as all participants of the conversation is interested in sharing I will want to know about... Basically all your life. I want to know YOU. I’m more interested in conversations than going to sightseeing to be honest. A nice view or exploration is really nice though.

I never though teaching would be for me, but when I found yoga it just clicked. From the day I started my first yoga course I just knew that this was what I wanted to do.

Loves great vegan food, kittens (cat in my heart, mind and soul) and moving my body in general whether it’s dancing, yoga, gym or climbing to the top of a hill sweating like I have a sea around me.

Going to my first ever yoga teacher training. I was so shy, had bad self-confidence and had never been to another city so far from home by myself. Scared as shit I took a bus and has never been the same from that moment. I call that my moment of truth.
