Hey! My name is Martin :) 22 y/o man from Slovakia. Living in Nitra but grew up in Spišská Nová Ves (from time to time I`ll be there as well).

I just left school few months ago to get the job i really love (you`re always welcome to come for a good coffee or a beer) and to travel around the world and make as many friends as I can.

Current goal: See as many places and make as many friends as possible. Cause thats the thing that makes me happy and full-filling my life. Long conversations, the moments of happines when u`re with someone experiencing something special (might be just a simple cup of coffee and walk around the city that turns out into a friendship and memories you`ll never forget)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well, thats simple. Its an amayzing way to experience something you`ll never ever experience sitting in your bed or a hotel room staring at the walls - the oportunity to actually get to know with people, different cultures, and for me... to be happy and from my opinion that`s the most important thing in a life of everyone - to be happy :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Well, thats kinda hard to tell. Highly depends on current feelings but in general mostly rock, melodic metal, pop or instrumental music (love piano, violin and guitar) but simply, have to enjoy it and that might be basicly everything. Also love singing (though I`m horrible at it xD ) but still, it makes me feel better no matter what. Even if its just really quite for myself or shouted out loud on karaoke with my best friend who opened this beautiful world to me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling at all, the first one when i was kinda scared of leaving my home, my family (and it was just for 2 months) but now im realy glad that i`ve done that :)

Teach, Learn, Share

Almost everything. From coffee and conversation through out guiding in the city, cooking to a bed in my room to sleep in. Maybe even how to paint a landscape :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

A bit of a Slovak culture, maybe a few words in slovak language if you`d like to, cooking skills. Traveling experiences and almost everything that is going to came up. Living just and only one time so everything that will make both intrested in or happy.
