Hi Guys, I’m Lieke. I’m an enthusiastic and open-minded person, and I live just outside the city centre of Utrecht. There are a lot of things I like to do next to my job at a day care and a part time job at a primary school. There are an array of things that keep me happy. For example; I like to listen to music, I love painting, visiting museums but I love being creative with friends (or people I just met for that matter) most of all. I have a very curious character and I am always open to new experiences and I’m always looking for a new adventure. This is why I love meeting new people to broaden my (and hopefully our) experiences of the world. Since I finished my degree, I have lots of spare time for. Next year I would love to travel, maybe work or study abroad so now I’m mainly saving up for that.

I love meeting new people, it always gives me a lot of new, positive energy. When I stay over or stay over someone at someone else’s, you can see a city from someone else’s perspective which makes you experience it like it is new. There is so much more to gain from an experience like that, because you can motivate each other with your stories and inspire each other with your dreams.

音乐、电影和书籍

I love listening to all kinds of music; Jazz, soul reggae, music from all over the world, you name it. I watch too few films. I do have a Netflix account, but I don’t want to get too caught up in the series so I hardly use it. But I would love to see more exciting films and series like Fargo, but I’m not sure if I dare to do that on my own so maybe we could do something like that together. I read way to few books, so if you have any suggestions… be my guest!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I cycled to Paris and back (okay, I admit... I did cheat by taking the train from Paris to Lille on our way back because we only had 10 days and absolutely wanted to spend some time in Paris after our efforts). I bought a bicycle from a Polish guy for only €70, it barely survived the trip. But that just added to the adventure and made it all the more fun.
