About Me

Grown up as a nerdy, introvert kid, I spend most of my childhood with piles of books and documentary films, but I also traveled a lot inside Vietnam, thanks to my parents. That is why I am here now, love traveling and want to see the world in real life; to touch, taste and experience, to explore the world and making more friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was first known about Couch Surfing through a book of a young Vietnamese journalist/book author. The idea of making new friends while traveling and also at home are fascinating for me. However, it is until now that I started to join the community. So, I am a newbie here, and I hope that I will have a lot of good experience with Couch Surfing.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love good music from all the corners of the world, believing that music is the language beyond every other languages. When I am alone, I often put my headphone in, turn on the music (especially instrumental music) and pretend like I am the main character in a good movie. :))
Talking about movies, sci-fi, fantasy, adventure, in general, movies with epic scenes are the ones that I like to watch with friends; while movies that have deep meaning are the ones that I prefer to enjoy when I am alone.
One of my ambition is to build a breath-taking home library. Books is a big part of my life, and I love them all, but the kinds of book I love the most are science books, adventure, fiction, and children literature.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Watching The Great Eclipse 2017 in Charleston, SC, the USA. :D

Teach, Learn, Share

I know quite well about Vietnamese history, culture and language, and a lot of random knowledge in many fields.
I would like to learn how to dance, at least the basic of it since I have never known how to dance. Also, I am always looking for chances to improve my English further more.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My love toward your pets (if you have one) :) and good conversation with you hosts.
I can also help hosts with cooking, cleaning, etc. if needed. Cooking is one of my hobbies, so we can cook together and try something new if you hosts don't mind my amateur cooking skills.

Countries I’ve Visited

China, Laos, Malaysia, Qatar, Taiwan, Thailand, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
