Overview
About Me
I'm a low-maintenance, no-frills, gracious traveler. I'm at the tail-end of my graduate degree in Food Studies and I study refugee urban farming and gardening projects in Central New York. I was also a reporter for a number of years. The number one reason I travel is because I love to study the relationships between the built-urban environment and the socio-political environment. When I'm not studying I'm training for triathlons (always down for a run!), recording music like an amateur and seeking out the best spots for Mediterranean food.

Music, Movies, and Books
An unabashed, enthusiastic, obnoxious music fanatic. Movies are not my forte because I rarely can sit long enough to enjoy them, though Nacho Libre is my favorite movie if that tells you anything about my sense of humor. I am never not reading something.
