I am an artist and researcher who has travelled the world with just my backpack and an adventurous and creative mind! I love meeting new people, exploring and experiencing new things. I am a bit of an adrenaline junkie!

As an artist I like to think of my work as a mosaic: an assemblage made of performances and choreographies, curatorial shows, actions and installations united by a common militancy of game and humour, the popular and banality. I consider myself an easy going and open minded person. I trully love cooking for others and enjoying a good meal. I like to spend time reading, watching movies and documentaries, hiking as well as wandering around the city and talking to shopkeepers and traders, as if they could tell me about what news come from elsewhere or put a hint on their neighbourhood realities.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Well, since I started travelling around our planet I found myself many times meeting local people from who I learned so much about their culture, their history, fairy tales, customs and social systems. I learned about the small things that would never be written about on a travel book or a blog. Couchsurfing has allowed me to dive in headfirst into other cultures, guided by new international friends, experiencing their culture from the inside.

I am here to meet people, make friends, learn and unlearn, perhaps change my perspectives, perhaps travel together elsewhere!

I am a bit of a melomaniac... among the artists I am listening to at the moment: Los Papines, Russo Passapusso, Kinky, Machito & Graziela, Barry Manilow, Ihsan Al-Munzer, Los Destellos, Santana, Nico Gomez & his Afro Percussion inc, Irakere, Nortec Collective, Funkadelic, The Chakachas, Beck, Surfaris, Ray Barretto, Ghetto Brothers and Lord Nelson.

Movies and Documentaries! Just to name a few: 'No se os puede dejar solos', 'Phantom Of The Paradise', '¡Ay, Carmela!', 'Uncle Boonmee Who Can Recall His Past Lives', 'Holy Motors'.

Books! At the moment I am reading the following authors: Jacques Lecoq, Hans-Thies Lehmann, Elfriede Jelinek and I hope to find time soon to dive in to Werner Herzog's The Conquest of the Useless.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Once I entered naked in a Botanical Garden -as part of an Art venue- and re-enacted Robinson's Crusoe shipwreck for three days and two nights. I fed myself out of what the garden provided -mainly roots and mustard leaves- and made myself some clothing out of the materials found. It was between crazy and amazing to the eyes of those visitors coming along.
