Hei! Nice to meet you! :)

I am Lena, 24 years old from Munich, Germany. Currently I am studying computer science and using my freetime to travel :)

I was born in a small town in Bavaria and raised together with my two sisters. My family and I were not traveling very often and the only other country I got to know until I was 18 was Italy. After finishing school, I moved to Munich (which was quite a difference for me!) about 4 years ago. During my studies I started to travel. First to Austria and Greece and then further to Scotland or Sweden. Hearing stories and following the media is one way to get introduced to foreign cultures, but the best way to learn about the lifestyle and mentality of a different culture, is living it firsthand. I was living half a year in Rome (my parents had a reason to show Italy to us - it is a beautiful country!) and one year in Istanbul and I was psyched by the new impressions and my enthusiam hasn't stopped yet!

I'm a relaxed and friendly person, my friends describe me as loyal and reliable. I like to learn, I like to get to know new cultures. My aim is to visit every country in Europe and meet new friends there until the end of my studies!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking in Norway for 2 weeks was amazing! Without any infrastructure I had to bring my own food to survive... I will never forget the blue skies over the green mountains after another rainy day :)
