About Me
I always had the dream to travel all over the world, but the fear and the necessity of having a "stabilized life" made me do what I thought I was good at. I was good in math and physics, so I started to study Mechanical Engineering. After 5 years studing I desided to do what I wanted to do.
After finishing my graduation, I left the company I've worked for 6 years to do a volunteer job in the city of Suez, Egypt. I worked with development of classes and dynamics for students from seven to thirteen years old, encouraging communication between the students through games and conversations, teaching about Brazilian history and lifestyle encouraging the cultural exchange between people.
The experience I had with this project was incredible for my personal growth. I could improve my english, learn arabic and, the best part, I talked with people from all over the world that had a huge differents ways of think.
Now, that I got addicted by that feeling, I came to Chile to be a volunteer with WWOOF in Cascada de las Ánimas. I'm working in an organic farm with planting and in my free times I'm a guide of hikings.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I will stay 9 months WWOOFing in Chile, but I want to use that time to travel in Latin America. My first destinies will be Argentina, Paraguay and Bolivia. I want to use Couchsurfing because it can make my trip much more interesting (and cheaper, of course).
