Overview
About Me
I'm a happy person, I'm a living tree. I love each day of my life. Often it is non-violent fight with prejudices and boxes that people put their heads in and sometimes it is not simple. I try to keep my mind open but stay by my values. I appreciate good talks as mush as I appreciate the moments of silence.
I like nuts! Yes, like almond and so.I like to do things differently and I do not believe in mainstream.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
wholeheartedly :) I believe couchsurfing is the best way to travel, much better than hotels rooms which are similar in different places and do not tell you about the country, culture and people. I love to meet people. I love to share experiences. Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to meet open-minded people and make new friends, it is much more important than finding a place to stay. But of course being a guest in a new place is also great bonus. I am usually happy to help with something if I stay in someone's place, it is fun to work together!
Teach, Learn, Share
I like to learn new things, to do something new with my hands, and I'm constantly informationally thirsty. This is why I like to be a volunteer for different things — to work not for money but for new experiences.
I don't perceive myself as a teacher for something, but I like to share information and skills. It can be something about design, typography or printing, something about the environment and society, it may be Turkish (if you are crazy enough to learn it), stories about Burundi (not so many of you have been there, right?)... AndI like more to learn something through practice and let's do it together ;)
