About Me

## I don't have a fix home these days, so I can't host anyone, sorry! ##

I'm a passionate birdwatcher, which goes pretty good with my studies. I've been travelling around (mostly) Europe for birdwatching and discoveries. I'm very spontaneous and easy-going. Whenever I have the possibility, I'm very glad to help out or to host someone. However, I do not like to make heaps of plans in advance, I like to stay flexible, so I won't engage myself in hosting somebody many days in advance.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've had a few times hosts at my place, which I found very nice. If we have some place in our flat, to me it just makes sense to share it!
Also when travelling, it is by far a very good option to meet people easily and learn about the places!

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't watch a lot of movies, even if I enjoy it. About music, I am open to many things, going from salsa, forró and other latin music to techno, through afrobeat, blues, or more classical jazz tunes. I also really like to dance, these times especially Forró.

I enjoyed all the books I've read. Recently I'm reading "El Rio" from Wade Davis, about the explorations of the first ethnobotanists in South America. This makes me remember a lot of things I experienced, and gives me space to dream.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived for 5 months at a camp in the Peruvian Amazona. There I did research on birds and mammals, I met amazing jungle people, learned how to drive a boat, cut my way through the jungle, learned how to look for animals, experienced wilderness in a very sublime form and had a lot of time to contemplate.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share a very open and friendly atmosphere. A good meal. A bicycle to ride through the city and countryside. My experiences and thoughts.

Even though I am not religious, I follow my path of spirituality and development, which is a growing part of my life. That goes a lot through meditations, discussions, feelings and readings. I am very glad to share about believes, practices and experiences with open-minded persons, without judgement.

Also, I speak several languages, and I'd be glad to exchange in any of them if you want to practice. Especially Spanish, which has been an important language in my life!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Some positivity and happiness; my experiences and thoughts; some things about birds and nature; as always, I like to share a good meal
