Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In 2017 I travelled in South America and after some years of working in the Netherlands as a Physical educator, I went last winter to Austria with my girlfriend Annelien. There we runned a wintersport-chalet for 5 months before we started to think about travelling again outside of Europe. We chose Asia, because neither of us had been there yet. Here we travel around and are really interested about the culture of the different countries. The best way to learn about the culture is to meet up with locals. So we search for volunteering in an other app and here to just meet locals that can guide us through their city :)
We have a dream to buy a van and travel to Australia or new Zealand too and are both PE Teachers and love snowboarding and surfing😃 So really enjoying to talk about those things too if you're interested!
