Hi, we're a family of 5 travelling for 12 months in US/Canada and Central and South America. We have 3 fantastic boys (age 12, 11 & 4). We do some hiking so we all have sleeping bags and mats (so can all sleep in a space on the floor - we also have tents).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

So far we have driven in a camper van we bought from LA to Coldfoot -Alaska, down the west side of the Rockies and across the south to Miami. We parked the van and have travelled from Nicaragua to Panama. Then travelled in central Sth America for 3 months. We are back in the camper van in the US and have been heading up the East Coast towards New York. We then head back across the country to finish in LA in early July. We have mats and sleeping bags and can crash as a family in one room, or camp in tents or the camper van (if you have off street parking).
