I love to travel the world and meet new people, experiencing the world from a local point of view. I love to hear the stories and learn about places and cultures from the people loving their lives in the places I travel to.

I'm happy to host and meet travellers from across the world.

兴趣

I'm generally interested in anything active, I'm a big city loving wannabe small town beach bum. I'm passionate about pretty much any board sport known to man, and always willing to try new ones, or chat boarding jargon for hours. As most of my dear hobbies are somewhat dependent on weather, I find it very interesting, and not a mere small talk topic.

As a linguistics student I'm very into language as a phenomenon and interested in learning new ones as well, especially those that are unlike the ones I already know.

I enjoy a good cup of coffee, and am always finding the best places to get it in a new town. Same goes with beer and wine, but coffee is the only real addiction.

When I did my first completed turn kiteboarding, this happened on the sand banks of the most wonderful lil town called 1770 halfway up the Queensland coast

Kitesurfing in Paracuru, NE Brazil, where the waves are amazing, the wind is perfect, and life smiles at you

Hanging out with Syrian refugee kids near a refugee camp in Al Azraq, Jordan and hearing their stories

Adventuring Finnish Lapland in the winter time, living in a cottage in the middle of nowhere, and having a drink with the locals in their local "pub"
