Music, Movies, and Books

I play piano and sang in a band for four years. Michael can install sound gear in the fanciest of boats. We like movies. We observe Saturday sabbath because we believe that's what the Bible tells us to do. Nondenominational - just biblical Christians who try to walk it. During my wilderness years I studied the Bible intensively. Still do but not 'preachy'. We don't judge; we've both been forgiven far too much to act that way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I leased a rustic homestead, in deep southwest Missouri, with a large cave and waterfall spring on the property, for two years by myself. It was awesome. I call it my time in the wilderness.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know a lot about gardening, raising chickens, catchment and purification of water, and plenty on the subject of survival tips and techniques.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We are preparing to build three small rustic cabins on our property to host travelers. Some we will charge and some we will not. Not likely to charge for one weekday night. Have hosted many travelers from referrals of our friends and community.
