Overview
About Me
I grew up with 5 other siblings, so I’m pretty tolerant but I also (kinda had to learn) know how to accept certain boundaries. Nevertheless, I’m a pretty open person and love to meet new people.
And Im greatly interested in what happens around me and always up to widen my own horizon.
I‘m by the way a huge soccer/football fan, tell my your favorite/home team !
I love talking and discussing with people about not only politics, philosophy, history or just life in general, it’s always great to get to know other people’s views on certain things.
I always try to not take everything too serious (I know very „ungerman thing“ to do, but hey fuck stereotypes right ?)I was told by half of the people I know that I have a terrible humor, the other half loves it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to make some international friends and understand how other travelers and internationals approach life. Also it’s about International solidarity with each other and making intercultural connections.
I know you can do most of the above by just staying at a hostel but the great point of couchsurfing in my view is to stay with a local and get to know a place and it’s people not by being sold a capitalist/stereotypical version of it but getting to know locals.

Music, Movies, and Books
Rock and Indie Fan, love reading political/philosophical/historical books but also classic novels
Some good ones: Buddenbroks; Sapiens; 1984; Die Weiße Rose
Some great movies: Fightclub, The Great Gatsby, Pulp Fiction, Schindlers List, Star Wars (all of them are great)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
As I’m only 18 years old yet I hope there will be much to follow that, but my greatest experience is living in the US as a 15 year old at a host family for 6months-since it was the greatest time of my life, YET.
Im starting my trip through the Balcans end of September: not only it’s unbelievably confusing and fucked up history but also 2015 when it was crossed by almost a million refugees, it’s a crazy interesting region !
Teach, Learn, Share
Try to help anybody who’s learning German at the moment, sharing (travel-)stories...
What I Can Share with Hosts
Immaterial: experiences and some pretty fun stories, the material things depend on the situation but I‘il always do my best to bring a nice hospitality gift with me.
Oh and I have great vacuum skills !!!
