About Me

I am a person born encaged in a boring life that decided to overcome her fears of unknown and travel as much as she can. I'm a bookaholic, kinda nerdy when it comes to history but in the same time i like to have fun, drink, make memories, going wild. I love hiking for sure and sometimes, when i have the right mood, i love to sing and play drums. I don't consider myself an artist. I like to think that i am an average person that needs improvement everyday. For me traveling is an escape from the normality that's usually around me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is the best way for me to get to actually leave with the locals from the places i want to visit. CS helps me to travel safe, meeting people that i can trust.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to a variety of music genres but i was born and raised with rock music so i'm into it. I also like reggae, some rap songs, jazz, blues. Everything depends on my mood.
My favorite movie of all times, until now is "Into the wild". Even though i don't really watch movies, i even have a romantic- if i can call it like that- favorite movie "Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind". Beside that,i'm into comedy shows and some series.
I don't have a favorite book. I like to learn something from each and every book i read. For now, the book that impressed me the most is "Sodom and Gomorrah" by Marcel Proust.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been a volunteer in a All-women jail and i had to teach a Chinese woman Romanian. The problem was that she was not that good at English either so i started to learn Korean since she knew Korean and i didn't want to learn Chinese. That was the point when i found my passion for Korean language and culture.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach how to cook Romanian traditional food
I may not be that good, but i can teach how to play drums or at least some songs
I can teach how to drink like a Romanian because i got to say it, we drink a lot

About learning...I want to learn as much as i can and as many things as i can. I don't want to learn a particular thing.

We can share experiences, life stories, long weird talks about random things.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a joyful person, i can share with my hosts a lot from my experiences, especially the ones during hiking.
I'm chill if i have to, i always clean after me, sometimes i leave the place cleaner than it was.

My only problem during sleep is that i MAY snore. Not all the time though. It happens from time to time haha.
