I am Juan Zeledón. I have been traveling since 2001. I think the purpose is the same; to learn from experience, to meet people from all over the world.

For at least 3 years I have been practicing some chocolate making with family and friends in my home country Nicaragua. In late September I am going to Roswell, GA to attend a couple of classes on Chocolate 101.
