Overview
About Me
I just graduated from the University of Exeter where I spent three years (with a year abroad spent in Malta) studying Philosophy and Anthropology. I also just quit my job (which I miss very much).
The plan now is to do what I want to to do for a bit. And since what I want to do is to do nothing I am going to travel around and see how it goes.
I did not need to do a conscious decision to backpack as I all the things I've got fit on a backpack anyways. I promote a minimalist lifestyle as for me personally having no stuff leaves me with a clearer head.
One thing Couchsurfing community should know that I find it very difficult to use new technologies. Only recently I have learnt how to use a smartphone, I do not watch television; I also do not have a computer. I put my notes in a notebook, use maps to travel and I love to play tic tac toe on paper.
The reason I am telling this is because I do not have a Facebook account (even though I have Messanger and WhatsApp) so communicating might be a bit difficult.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I really hope to meet people from Couchsurfing. I prefer not to stay with people who are not ready to hang out as I'd like to get to know people I sleep in one place with. And I hope they will want to get to know me too.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I don't listen to music too much unless it's classical (Ligeti and Bartok are my favorites), or a festival (anything really).
Books: Everything by Vonnegut, Bukowski, Marquez, Camus, Kafka... And many others. I primarily enjoy reading fiction and try not to limit myself with classical literature - one of favorite books is The World According to Garp which I had been against to originally.
Also philosophical articles, especially focusing on the mind and the body.
Films: The Matrix, Kill Bill, Reservoir Dogs, The Antichrist, Dogville, Breaking the Waves, The Dreamers, Naked (..)
What I Can Share with Hosts
Teach to play guitar/piano (even though I am not very good at it).
Talk about life (I am quite decent - have a degree in talking about life).
Help in the garden (I know quite a lot about growing things).
Fix/make something (love crafts!).
