I have just completed a PhD at Virginia Tech, USA. I am pretty cool and down to earth person who likes to talk about movies, music, art, games etc.

I am an agnostic/ social democrat/ first animal then human rights activist.

I love to watch and read a lot, (mostly dystopian literature).

Music, Movies, and Books

For music, not a specific genre but lately I am listening Laura Marling and Sufjan Stevens a lot. Interpol and Pearl Jam are my life long favorite bands. I love art house cinema. Kieslowski, Lars von Trier, Nuri Bilge Ceylan are some of my favorite directors. Right now, I am reading Blindness from Saramago, like to read most of the dystopian literature.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It may not be amazing for this community but I spent 10 days in Italy and southern France. Sleeping on the beach of Cannes was one of the most amazing thing, ı have ever done.
