Just opened an account on CS for my trip to the US and thought to give it a try! I will visit a friend there but I will have loads of time on my hand so it would be fun to meet up with some cool people and get to see the real Murica!

I am 40 but I look like I am 30. I am very sociable and connect as well with a young person as an older one. I am always open for new ideas and experiences so I guess in that way traveling has kept me young :)

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Being a tourist is nice but you will never experience the city as a local does when you are surrounded by tourists. Meeting up with nice and social people who live there and seeing their city through their eyes is the best way to experience a place!

Pfff can't really pick a favourite, there is too much I like...for music I lately listen to Indie but anything goes really... depends on the mood.
I generally like watching arthouse movies and now I have netflix, I watch some shows such as Homeland, Stranger Things, That 70s show, House of cards, Rick and Morty etc

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Studied abroad in Stockholm, Sweden with my classes being in Swedish and without me knowing Swedish!! Best way to learn a language though..took me 2 months and although I have hardly practiced my Swedish, I can still make myself understandable :)
