I lived in Budapest for my whole life. I have lots of hobbies just like skateboarding, mountain biking, skiing,
playing on guitar or doing parkour. I love to travel, so I have a big world map on the wall of my room where I can track where I have been. For me Budapest, as a city, starts to be boring but I know every cool place of it and I know so many people that I can't go to the streets without saying 'hi' to somebody. I participated in several Erasmus+ projects and have traveled whole life with my adventures family so I already have many friends in foreign countries - in Europe and other continents - but I still want to travel more and get to know more people. Last year I spent a whole semester in High Mountain Institute, Colorado, US - with scholarship, that was my biggest adventure until today. Specially that I get to know great people, great friends all over US.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the idea of couch-surfing because everyone likes to travel but accommodation costs can be really high, so it is a good idea to share our place with others, and enjoy staying at somebody's place during a travel. This way we can meet new people, experience new cultures and make friends worldwide.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm happy to listen every genre of music, from jazz to rap. I'm into film-making so I love good movies, especially movies from the 90's. My favorite book is probably the 'Catcher in the Rye' written by Salinger and some other books from European writers as Josef Heller or Milan Kundera for example.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For 4 months I've been an exchange student in Colorado (U.S.). We lived in a little village called Leadville. For 1,5 months out of the 4,5 we were having an expedition, which means we hiked everyday with all of our stuff in our backpacks, and slept in the mountains. We had to build igloos to sleep in it. It was the best 4,5 months in my life so far.

I can show you Budapest city and some beautiful places in Hungary. Specially in mountains around. Our family has also a holiday cottage not far from Balaton, in a little, peaceful village Mindszentkalla.
