I'm a dutch girl, 21 years old and currently living in the Netherlands. This year i decided that it's time to discover the world and live a free life. I'm a sociable person, like to meet new people and learn about different perspectives. I'm open- and free-minded and believe in alternative ways of living and learning. I love nature, music, hiking, cycling, challenging myself and always interested in learning new things and in for new adventures. I've an endless curiosity for life, want to learn as many languages as possible and hope to meet a lot of beautiful people.

A few of my hobbies are trekking, yoga, philosophizing and self educating about loads of different subjects. I try to be a better person every day, stay critical and keep on growing.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I'm on couch surfing because i like to meet new people along my travels, i think it's one of the better ways to see and understand the culture of the country. And of course get to know the area where i'm staying from a different perspective. also my budget isn't big and i want to travel the whole world, so it's a good solution and everything comes together.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I really love lots of kinds of music, so i couldn't say one is my favorite but, (old) reggae is definitely one of my favorites. i also listen to the doors, bob dylan, eminem and maaaaany more! i was, till not so long ago, also active in the free-party scene. And still go to psytrance parties and festivals.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I went to Nepal last summer, went trekking in the mountains, almost died at great heights. Got down (half-alive) partly on a donkey, jeep and my own legs. It took me and my friend 4 days to get down to the hospital with nobody cooperating and yet i survived! I think that's pretty fucking amazing (‘:
