I love to learn from different experiences as well as from others. I convince that humanity is growing up based in all our experiences, all our history. Or at least should be able to. There is no need in make the same mistakes.
I also enjoying move my body and get to know what far my body can learn different movements and sensations.
But i also enjoy the quiet moment and places. just listen to the wind, the ocean, the nature, my own breath. Feel the sun on my skin or the water at the lake.
