One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went in an Ashram in Spain. It's a formidable place to develop our spirituality via mediation, yoga, mantra... The values are respect and love for oneself, others and the environment. I volunteered there by working in the garden and in an other way I developed my way of being. It helped me to enjoy the present and to think in a positive way. Because life is beautiful.
